TO THE EXTENT LIABILITY CANNOT BE EXCLUDED, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO DOLLAR180 FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Dollar180 and its affiliates, owners, directors, officers, employees, and contractors from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Services, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in state or federal courts located in Anoka, Minnesota, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
